Harness
The worker. Reads files, runs commands, follows instructions, edits code, and checks results.
Hermes, Codex, Antigravity, OpenCode, DeepSeek. Plenty of choices. One clear answer for what to use, why it fits, and how to start.
Choose what you're doing. We’ll suggest a harness, a model source, and the simplest way to start.
These are rule-based suggestions, not benchmarks or live checks of your subscriptions. Existing allowances can still have quotas.
Every option has a sweet spot. Compare what each one actually does, not just its model name.
Three different jobs. Once you separate them, choosing gets much easier.
The worker. Reads files, runs commands, follows instructions, edits code, and checks results.
The connection. Gives a harness access to models under an API, a subscription, or another entitlement.
The brain. Understands instructions and generates responses. The harness decides which tools it can use.
Verified local CLI commands and optional tools. One click to copy, zero mystery.
Using a subscription through one app doesn't automatically make its API free elsewhere. Native CLI logins, OpenCode Go allowances, Zen usage charges and DeepSeek API billing are separate. Review each provider's terms, permissions and limits.
